All our returns go to his warehouse and most of the time he is able to salvage them and resell them. All of our shipments from China now go to Brand Marketing Concepts and he does what is necessary to have them repackaged and shipped to Amazon. I would highly recommend this service if you are an Amazon seller, or a Shopify seller. They keep a clean sheet that is continually updated to let us know what items are at the warehouse and every time there is a new shipment I get an email from him so we can coordinate where to ship it next. If you sell on Amazon with FBM, you only have to forward the order notifications to him and he handles the shipping automatically every time something sells.
