What is an AI employee?
An AI employee is an autonomous AI worker you assign tasks to, in plain language, and which then does the work end to end – writing the code or documents it needs, using your business accounts, and reporting back. Unlike an AI chatbot, which answers questions, or a workflow automation tool, which follows a flowchart you built, an AI employee decides how to accomplish the task itself and delivers a finished result.
How is this different from ChatGPT or another AI assistant?
A chat assistant produces text in its own window; you still copy it somewhere and do the work. Viktor works inside your actual systems – it opens the CRM record, drafts the email in your account, updates the sheet, publishes the page – and it remembers your process between conversations.
Is it an AI virtual assistant for small business?
That is exactly the use case. A one-person or small-team business rarely has budget for a full-time assistant, a bookkeeper, an ad manager and a developer. This covers the routine portion of all four for a software price, and it does not need managing on days you are busy.
Do I need to know how to code?
